Neurology & Neuromuscular Care Center is a 501(c)(3) non-clinic. Our mission is to provide state-of-the-art compassionate care to children and adults with neuromuscular conditions.
We accept all patients regardless of insurance or ability to pay.
This model enables us to spend much more time with each patient.
Our affiliation with Neurology Rare Disease Center, an in-house private research facility, provides a unique opportunity to involve patients in the latest research protocols.

Neuromuscular Conditions are complex and require multiple providers to achieve the minimal standard of care. We provide care in the areas of neurology, physical therapy, equipment evaluation, nutrition, respiratory therapy, pulmonology, and cardiology.
Financial Assistance
Neurology & Neuromuscular Care Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit healthcare facility that provides medical care to all patients regardless of insurance. Uninsured or underinsured patients will be charged based on a sliding scale according to income.
